Torq Gels have been carefully formulated to deliver TORQ's unique blend of multi-transportable carbohydrates and electrolytes to working muscles extremely quickly and efficiently.

Each TORQ gel provides 30 grams of multi-transportable carbohydrates (1 TORQ unit), which is a significantly greater concentration than many brands on the market today in larger, heavier packages.
The TORQ fueling system suggests consuming 2-3 TORQ units per hour by taking our energy drink (TORQ Energy) on board along with the other more concentrated TORQ units of which the TORQ gel is one.
TORQ Gel represents the fastest possible method of consuming 30 grams of carbohydrates (1 TORQ unit), so is suitable for use at all training intensities and is especially preferred during high intensity races or training when heavy breathing increases the consumption of a TORQ Bar difficult.
For these reasons, we recommend combining TORQ Energy Drink with TORQ Energy Gels during higher intensity races and taking into account TORQ Bars and TORQ Chews over the longer distances/lower intensities for variation.
